“Hit” finishing surface

Particular surface finishing, obtained through percussion machines or hand tools (chiseled – fine picked- or split surface).

Sawn finishing surface (or “machined”)

Surface finishing , obtained by flaming process through an oxipropane flame. Big termical gaps, make so that surface gets disintegrated by little slivers’ detachment which looks very much like natural surface.

Natural surface

Materials’ original surface, as a result of natural “cracks”.
Color shades are mixed and slabs are in variable thickness.

Sawn edge (or "machined")

Side-surface of a slab, being sawn through diamond cut plates.

Split Edge

Side-surface being finished through hand split process or split machines, giving a “rustic” aesthetical effect.

Edge

Side-surface of a slab, whose size and thickness correspond to width or length of the slab itself.
